Product
Projects, tasks, conversations, and knowledge.
Opravis keeps ordinary lists and full projects in one place. Change a date on the timeline and the grid shows the same date. Drawings on this site are illustrations of that idea. The application itself is the thing you evaluate.
Sheets
Use a sheet for inventories, registers, and trackers that do not need a schedule. Columns are typed: text, number, date, checkbox, dropdown, person, and formula. You can add, rename, reorder, hide, freeze, and resize them.
Rows can be edited, duplicated, sorted, filtered, grouped, and searched. Paste a range from Excel and Opravis validates it before anything is saved. CSV import maps columns and reports problems. CSV export takes the view with you. Share a sheet with owners, editors, and viewers.
Projects
A project holds tasks, subtasks, and milestones. Each task can have an assignee, a reviewer, dates, a priority, a status, and a percent complete. Status names are yours. The product keeps them in a small set of categories so boards and reports still make sense.
Dependencies are finish-to-start. Opravis refuses a cycle and warns when a promised date conflicts. It does not silently slide the rest of the plan. Comments, attachments, and an activity history stay on the task. People join as owner, editor, or viewer.
Four views, one record
Grid, Kanban, calendar, and Gantt read and write the same tasks. The grid edits in place and can indent work into an outline. The board drags cards, and a keyboard menu can move a card when a pointer is awkward. The calendar shows the month or the week. The timeline shows hierarchy, milestones, dependency links, today, and zoom, and you can drag a bar to reschedule.
There is no shadow copy to reconcile at the end of the week.
Forms
Build a form that creates a task or a sheet row. Share it publicly or keep it behind sign-in. Fields validate before the row exists. Submissions are logged. Public forms are rate limited and include a honeypot so casual scripts are dropped.
Reports and dashboards
Save a report on tasks or sheet rows: columns, filters, sort, grouping, and CSV export. Pin widgets to a dashboard for a single number, status, workload, progress, a task list, recent activity, or a report. Filter by date and by project.
A shared dashboard stores the definition. The numbers are calculated again for each viewer, so a count never includes a project they cannot open.
Notices that arrive on time
Rules can watch assignment, status changes such as blocked or in review, approaching due dates, and project changes. Notices land in the app. Email is optional and waits until mail is configured for the installation. Reminders run from a scheduled worker, so a quiet night still produces the morning list.
Chat, knowledge, and your own mark
Opravis Chat and Opravis Knowledge are labels for parts of the same product, not separate products. On the Organization plan, each project can have one conversation. Messages can point at a task and show its current status, be marked as a decision, or open the normal new-task dialog. Chat does not assign or schedule work. That stays on the task.
Each person can also keep a private library of notes, documents, links, and audio, with search across titles, notes, tags, and the text inside PDFs and Word files. Nobody else in the workspace can open those items.
A workspace can show its own name, logo, and color beside Opravis, and can choose a default light or dark appearance. People can still pick their own, including a match to the operating system, and one of six accent themes.
