About

For the team that has outgrown a gray workbook.

Opravis sits with tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, and ClickUp: flexible sheets and projects for people who coordinate real work and do not want a heavy enterprise suite.

The idea

A spreadsheet is a fine foundation. It is a poor place to hide owners, dependencies, and a promise about Friday. Opravis manages the work. The grid remains, and so do the board, the calendar, and the timeline, all on the same records.

The first audience is a small or mid-sized team. Clarity and reliable behavior come before a long feature list. If a list is all you need, stay on a sheet. If the work has dates and people, make it a project without exporting your life into another file.

The name

Opravis is pronounced "oh-PRAH-vis". The opening syllable is there on purpose: this is operational software, and the name should sound like it when you say it once on a call. It is also the public name of the application developed as WorkGrid. The product you see in an evaluation is that application.

What we hold back

Opravis does not pretend to level resources, compute a critical path, or co-edit a cell in real time. Conflicting edits are detected. Successors move when someone asks them to, not by surprise. Those limits are part of keeping the product understandable.
